Business Algorithms P. Ltd was established in April 1988 by two technocrats, Mr. Sudhir Budhay and Mrs. Reeta Budhay both B.E. by qualifications. The business which was started with an investment of Rs Sixty Thousand in a car garage of their house with one table and even without a telephone of their own, slowly but steadily has grown into a multi location business which has touched 51 Cr. At the end of their 29th year of operation. Algorithms means a “Step By Step method of solving problem” and since we are committed to provide I.T. Solutions to any business needs, we have named our company as Business Algorithms.
Business Algorithms P. Ltd popularly known by their trade name B.Algo started their first Computer Super store in Oct. 1994. This was the only computer store in central India.It was widely appreciated by most of the national computer magazines like Data Quest, Computer Today etc…. Today the company owns two ultra modern show rooms, one with 1500 sq.ft. of floor space ant 78 ft frontage and the other 500 sq.ft. & few more coming up in other parts of the vidarbha. Both the store today are authorized Exclusive HP retail out let as “HP World”.
The service centre of 1400 sft space for walk in repairs and about 1200 sft of office, 550 sft of Battery service centre, four owned godowns of about 500 sft each at Wadi out side Nagpur. We are the Authorised Service Provider for HP. The engineers are company trained for respective products and after sales service. Service Manager & Call coordinator constantly supervise the call status on hourly basis and take corrective action on escalated calls. B.Algo has well documented Service Policy Guide Lines and full proof call management software. Call coordinator constantly monitors the call status and takes appropriate actions / escalations in time.
B.Algo has always traded in Branded products. Starting with DCM data products, moved to I.C.I.M. Since 1994. We are also Authorised Partner for Inkejet & Laser Printers, Plotters, original cartridges etc . B.Algo is also diversified in 2001 towards distribution of other Products like U.P.S. Digital Inverter from Microtek, Okaya Batteries to name a few.
B.Algo also has a presence in Corporate and Govt. Segment. As a commercial partner of HP thro’ their sister concern, we are ready to provide complete solution to customer right from Server, storage, Networking & printing, Imaging.
We have Marketing policy Guide Lines & Administrative Policy Guide Lines are well documented which helps smooth functioning on day to day basis. Back end is administration is on SAP B1. We have well implemented “Just in Time” inventory module. Effective logistics and finance control are one the keys to our growth.
